Document 02Club Regulations.
These Regulations describe what your membership of Deluxe VIP Club is — and just as importantly, what it is not. The Club is a private community and a facilitation service. Read this document carefully before signing in or making any reservation.
§ 1 Nature of the membership
Deluxe VIP Club Sp. z o.o. ("the Club") operates a private members' community whose purpose is to introduce and connect its members with selected third-party providers of lifestyle services — including but not limited to luxury motor vehicle rental companies, yacht charter brokers, aircraft operators, hotels, restaurants, event organisers and ticket allocators.
The Club is a facilitator and intermediary. It is not, and does not represent itself as, a tour operator, travel agent, transport carrier, hotelier, restaurant, ticket-seller, or licensed broker for any of the categories listed above unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific transaction.
§ 2 What membership does include
An active membership entitles you to:
- Use of the member panel, the member directory, and the unique membership number issued to you
- The opportunity to request introductions to partner venues and operators identified in our public materials
- The opportunity to apply reward points towards services delivered by partners, subject to availability and the partner's own terms
- Communications, calendars, and editorial content prepared for members
- Access to the concierge desk during published hours, on a best-efforts basis
§ 3 What membership does not guarantee
In particular, and without limitation:
- Reservations are requests, not bookings. When you submit a hold through the panel, the Club forwards that request to the relevant third-party operator. A request is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation that includes the operator's own contractual terms.
- Listed assets are illustrative. The vehicles, vessels and aircraft displayed in the panel are part of partner fleets that change over time. Any specific item shown may be unavailable, withdrawn, undergoing maintenance, or relocated, with or without notice.
- Event allocation is finite. Tickets and hospitality slots for the events shown in the calendar are released to the Club by event organisers in limited quantities, allocated chronologically and at the organisers' discretion. Featuring an event in the calendar is not a promise that you will attend.
- Point pricing is indicative. Point values shown for services and assets are valid at the moment of display. Final pricing is set by the partner operator at the moment of confirmation and may differ.
- Concierge service is best-efforts. Response times shown in marketing materials are average performance figures, not service-level commitments.
- The owned aircraft fleet ("DVC One", "DVC Two") is operated under separate aviation regulations. Availability is subject to airworthiness, crew rest periods, slot allocation, weather, and operational decisions made by the Pilot in Command, which always override any reservation.
For the avoidance of doubt: nothing in our public website, panel, or any marketing communication shall be construed as a binding offer to deliver any specific service. A binding offer exists only when a written confirmation is issued for an individual transaction.
§ 4 Reward points
Reward points are an internal accounting unit used by the Club to track the relative cost of facilitation services. They have no monetary value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Their value, in terms of what they can be applied towards, is determined by the Club at its sole discretion and may be adjusted from time to time. Points expire if a membership is terminated.
§ 5 Partner relationships and liability
Each partner provider operates under its own terms, conditions, and licences. When you accept a confirmation, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with that partner. The Club:
- Is not a party to that contract unless explicitly named
- Does not warrant the standard, condition, safety or punctuality of services delivered by the partner
- Will use reasonable efforts to assist you if a partner fails to perform, but does not assume liability for the partner's actions or omissions
- Recommends that you arrange your own travel, medical, cancellation and personal-effects insurance for any high-value transaction
§ 6 Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation rules for a confirmed transaction are those of the partner operator, communicated to you in the written confirmation. The Club will return any unused reward points to your balance once the partner has cleared the cancellation, less any administration fee disclosed at the time of booking.
§ 7 Membership conduct
Members are expected to:
- Treat partner staff, other members, and the concierge desk with civility
- Honour confirmed reservations and dress codes
- Refrain from public commentary that identifies other members, their guests, or the location of closed-door events
- Not misrepresent themselves as agents, employees or representatives of the Club
Material breach of this conduct may, at the Club's discretion, result in suspension or termination of the membership without refund of unused points.
§ 8 Modification of services
The Club may, at any time and without prior notice, add, withdraw, modify, suspend or replace any service, asset, event listing, or partner relationship. Changes that affect the calendar of events for the current year, or the fleet of owned aircraft, will be communicated to active members in writing within a reasonable period.
§ 9 Termination
You may terminate your membership at any time by written notice to the Club. The Club may terminate a membership in the event of unpaid fees, breach of these Regulations, or where retention is inconsistent with applicable law. The 30-day refund window described in our marketing materials applies only to the initial activation period and is governed by separate, written terms provided at the time of joining.
§ 10 Governing law and disputes
These Regulations are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising in connection with the membership shall be referred first to the Club's executive office for resolution. Failing resolution within sixty (60) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of the Club's registered office in Warsaw.
Nothing in these Regulations limits any consumer rights you may have under mandatory provisions of EU or Polish law.
§ 11 Changes to these Regulations
The Club may revise these Regulations from time to time. Material changes are communicated to active members in writing at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the membership panel after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
